Although we offer a wide range of services, our prices are extremely favourable and interesting. The German retirement pension will be more than sufficient for our project. If desired by you, we will assist you in arranging and organizing your everyday life. Our inhabitants are the members of a community of interest which is coordinated by us. The cohabitation distinguishes itself with respect, mutual appreciation, trust and personal responsibility.

Although we do not consider our project as residential care home for the elderly, we will make arrangements for the physical disorders of our residents which will certainly occur more frequently with increasing age. Maybe they even require a nurse to cope with their everyday life.
